Distractions:
What a harsh reality that everything is a distraction now. You can't take three steps on a computer without tripping over distractions. How can I rid myself of them? How can I identify them? What IS a distraction? Is it a matter of will? Something to be overcome? Something to train against? Mental fortitude? Is it merely grit?
The article I just looked up on mental fortitude was really just a sales pitch for their guide or program. How awful is that? Is that really what we've become? The only reason to write on the internet is for profit?
I believe I need to sit down and come up with some goals. Things I want different or even to maintain. But something to compare against in the future. That way I know what I need to change and whether or not it was successful.
